Fixer Uppers Don't Sell Well

Can you afford to sell your home in "as is" condition?  According to a recent survey, 87% if first time buyers say a home in "Move-In" Ready condition is important to them.  And according to the National Association of Realtors, first time buyers accounted for 50% of the market in 2010.
